Description
An invigorating traditional Australian oil. There are many different species of Eucalyptus essential oils available. We have chosen ‘radiata’ (also known as Australiana), having the highest concentration of cineole.
clean, sweet, woody, camphorous, faint peppermint undertone. A top note
Benefits
Eucalyptus is a clean, centring oil that encourages focus and concentration. It is highly antiseptic and anti-infectious making it beneficial for many different complaints. It has a particular affinity for the respiratory system, it can be used in a vaporiser, steam inhalation, therapeutic bath or massage blend to alleviate the symptoms of colds, flu, sinusitis and coughs related to mucuscongestion. It may also be used in a gargle for sore throats (do not swallow). Eucalyptus also encourages the healing of acne, skin infections and wounds when applied neat or in a facial oil/massage blend. It increases circulation also making it useful in massage blends for muscular aches and pains and joint stiffness.
