Description
Established in 1998 after Martin Malenfant set up a sugarwood on maple rich land at Escuminac in the Baie-des-Chaleurs in the Gaspé Peninsula, Quebec. His aim was to make the world's most luxurious but sustainably produced maple syrup and he has magnificently succeeded.
